The chef, Daniel González Mora, whose mother is from Menorca and whose father from Asturias, grew up between these two different lands steeping himself in both cuisines. They used to rescue old Menorcan dishes and modernize it, giving them their personal touch.

It is a deeply-rooted cuisine but with international techniques and inspiration.
