The chef, Daniel González Mora, whose mother is from Menorca and whose father from Asturias, grew up between these two different lands steeping himself in both cuisines. Nuria Pendás García is his partner and she is in charge of turning your stay into an unforgettable one, taking care of every detail.

You will find creative Menorcan cuisine, always looking for the best products and, if it’s possible, the native ones.

They used to rescue old Menorcan dishes and modernize it, giving them their personal touch.

It is a deeply-rooted cuisine but with international techniques and inspiration.

Some of the special dishes are the “Beef Wellington with gravi sauce” and the “Slowly oven-cooked Menorcan lamb with potatoes”. For dessert you can not miss out on the “Apple pie cooked with Calvados sauce and ice cream”.
